Detailed Product Description

1.  One unit BRAND NEW, WET concrete batching plant, model HZS-25, about 25 m³ per hour and consisting of the following :

1.1    Three units aggregates storage hopper, each 4 m³ capacity.  Please do not write Chinese words on the hoppers.

1.2    Three units aggregates weighing hopper each 0.4 m³ incorporating 4 units electronic load cells of 800 kg interfaced with digital weighing indicator.

1.3    One unit belt conveyor with 15 KW motor,width 650mm and length 20500mm.

1.4    One unit 193 mm diameter(LSY160) cement feeding screw conveyor driven by 7.5 KW motor to transfer cement from the cement silo to the cement weighing hopper

1.5    One unit 0.3 m³ cement weighing hopper incorporating 3 units load cells of 200 kg  interfaced with digital weighing indicator

1.6    One unit twin shaft mixer, 800 litres per batch dry filling capacity, 500 litres per batch compacted concrete capacity, 18.5 KW motor.

1.7    1 unit 0.13 m³ water weigher incorporating 1 unit electronic load cell of 300 kg with 0.75 KW motor.

1.8    1 unit 20kg admixture weigher incorporating 1 unit electronic load cell of 100 kg with 0.37 KW motor to pump the admixture.

1.9    1 unit 5.5 KW air compressor

1.10 3.8 m discharge height for direct discharge into concrete mixer truck

1.11 One unit control room to be provided by Buyer

1.12 Electrical control panel with full wiring to the relevant motor points except the incoming power supply.

1.13 Computerized batching system including printer, monitor, software & UPS. The language used in the computer system shall be English.

1.14 one units 50 ton cement silo with air slide , pollution control, level sensors, safety valve, butterfly valve.
